SQL Method to convert to neart 1000 integer

This is my sample data.

Values	Expected Results
1.25	1
1.49	1
1.5	2
1.7	2

This is how we can achieve expected results in SQL Server, assuming Values column is of NVARCHAR type;

CEILING(ROUND(CONVERT(DECIMAL(10,2), Values), 0))
